(1) Commission meeting will be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman as required.
(2) The Secretary of the Commission shall send a notice of the date and time of the Commission meeting with a list of topics to be discussed at the meeting forty-eight hours before the time of the meeting so that all members receive it. But if there is a reasonable and sufficient reason, the chairman will not be hindered from calling the meeting of the commission forty-eight hours before the disclosure of such reason.
(3) If a member wants to discuss any other topic in addition to the topics mentioned in the list of topics to be discussed in the meeting according to sub-section (2), the notice along with the topic and the reason for such discussion should be given to the secretary of the commission at least twenty-four hours before the meeting. As soon as the information is received, the secretary of the commission shall inform the member.
(4) Regardless of what is written in sub-sections (2) and (3), with the consent of all the members present in the meeting of the commission, a decision can be made on matters not included in the list of topics.
(5) If the Chairman and two other members are present, the quorum for the meeting of the Commission shall be deemed to have been reached.
(6) The decision of the commission shall be by majority vote and in case of equality of votes, the chairman shall give the deciding vote.
(7) The record of the decision of the commission shall be prepared by the secretary of the commission and shall be duly authenticated by the chairman and members.
(8) Other procedures related to the meeting of the Commission shall be as determined by the Commission.
